Are you afraid to speak?
You’re not the only one.
Public speaking is one of people’s most common fears. I’m not joking: it has been calculated that 75 percent of adults fear public speaking. It triggers all sorts of insecurities about how we appear, how we move, how our voice sounds, and what we should say.
I’ve been there. Although many find it hard to believe when they see me speak in public, I am an introvert at heart. Yet now I can speak at ease to a large audience, either to inform them or entertain them. And I can teach you how you can do it, too.
My training approach combines verbal skills, non-verbal skills, and storytelling principles honed in 20 years of journalistic experience
Depending on your needs, in our sessions we will work on:
overcoming stage fright
using your voice effectively
improving your body language to complement the message
crafting memorable stories to inform or persuade an audience
refining your pronunciation and intonation
